Why ICTI Chose Da Nang for Its Third Engineering Hub
ICTI is expanding again. We are pleased to announce the opening of our Da Nang Engineering Hub, located within the Da Nang High-Tech Park. This makes Da Nang our third engineering location in Vietnam, alongside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The decision to expand to Da Nang was driven by talent strategy. Da Nang is home to a rapidly growing tech community, anchored by the Da Nang University of Science and Technology and several well-regarded engineering programs. The city produces strong talent in embedded systems, networking, and cloud engineering — specializations that are highly relevant to our service portfolio but have been increasingly competitive to hire for in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
What the Da Nang Hub Will Focus On
The Da Nang hub will initially focus on two areas: cloud infrastructure engineering (supporting our cloud services practice across all geographies) and quality assurance (building out our dedicated QA capability, which is currently distributed across our other offices).
Over time, as the hub grows, we plan to expand it into a full-service delivery unit capable of running end-to-end projects independently. The initial team size at opening is 15 engineers; we expect to reach 50 by the end of 2026.
