More than 200 ICTI engineers gathered for our annual internal hackathon, a 48-hour sprint of creativity, collaboration and a healthy dose of friendly competition. Teams formed across offices and disciplines to tackle bold ideas. Projects ranged from AI assistants and developer tooling to playful experiments that simply made people smile. Several prototypes impressed the judges enough to earn a place on the product roadmap. "The hackathon is where our culture really shows," an organizer said. "People help each other, share knowledge freely, and have genuine fun building things together." Winning teams were celebrated at a closing ceremony, but the real prize, as always, was what everyone learned along the way.
