We opened business activities in Ho Chi Minh City to serve Singaporean customers, strengthened our delivery teams, and matured our product platforms. 2016 – 2021

From Lab to Market: Tech Start-up

Launched our flagship SaaS products, CHAT and POS, and scaled our Offshore Development Center to serve global customers at much higher capacity. We invested in engineering excellence, agile delivery and quality assurance, shipping software with creativity, collaboration and genuine joy at work. These years established the foundations, processes and culture that continue to power our growth today.

The Genesis: Future Labs

ICTI was officially established with a modern 150m² office in Hanoi, designed around a global concept and built to become a leading functional office in the region. From day one we set out to combine world-class engineering standards with a people-first culture, laying the groundwork for ambitious products, international partnerships and a team driven to create technology that truly matters.
