A Major Milestone for ICTI POS
We are proud to announce that ICTI POS has reached 1,000 active clients across Vietnam, with operations extending into regional markets. This milestone represents more than just a number — it reflects the trust that retail operators, café owners, supermarket chains, and F&B entrepreneurs have placed in our platform to run their daily operations.
When we launched POS in 2022, we set out to build something genuinely different: a system that a cashier could learn in an afternoon, that a store owner could configure without IT support, and that a chain operator could manage across dozens of locations from a single dashboard. Two years later, we believe we've delivered on that promise.

What's Next
Reaching 1,000 clients is a milestone, but it's not a destination. We have a full product roadmap ahead of us: AI-powered demand forecasting, deeper loyalty program integrations, multi-currency support for clients operating across borders, and an open API that will allow our ecosystem partners to build integrations.
