ICTI Innovation Summit 2025: Recapping the Day

Last week, ICTI hosted the third annual Innovation Summit at our Hanoi headquarters, bringing together over 200 technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, and beyond. The theme this year: AI, Cloud, and the Evolving Enterprise.

The day was structured around three main tracks: AI in Practice, Cloud Architecture for Scale, and People & Culture in a Digital-First Company. Each track featured a mix of ICTI presentations, client case studies, and panel discussions — keeping the agenda grounded in real implementation experience rather than theoretical possibility.

Highlights from the Day

  • Keynote: AI Agents in Enterprise Operations — our CTO walked through three real ICTI deployments of AI agent systems, covering both the wins and the failures. The honest account of what didn't work was, by attendee feedback, the most valuable part of the session.
  • Panel: Building Tech Teams That Last — a discussion between ICTI's Head of People, a Vietnamese tech founder, and an HR director from a Singapore enterprise on the cultural and structural factors that make tech teams resilient over time.
  • Client Case Study: Zero-Downtime Migration — one of our Japanese clients shared their experience migrating a 15-year-old legacy system to cloud while keeping operations running continuously, with ICTI as the delivery partner.

We are grateful to every speaker, panelist, and attendee who made this year's summit possible. Dates for the 2026 Summit will be announced in Q1 2026.
