ICTI Opens Ho Chi Minh City Office to Serve Southeast Asian Clients
ICTI is expanding. We have officially opened our Ho Chi Minh City operations, establishing a delivery hub in Vietnam's largest commercial city to better serve our growing Southeast Asian client base — with a particular focus on our Singapore engagements.
The Ho Chi Minh City office is not a satellite of our Hanoi headquarters — it's a full delivery hub with its own engineering teams, project managers, and client success function. Our Hanoi office will continue to serve our Japanese clients and run our offshore delivery center; Ho Chi Minh City will be our primary base for Southeast Asian clients.
Why Ho Chi Minh City
The decision to expand to Ho Chi Minh City was driven by three factors: proximity and time-zone alignment with Singapore, access to a different and complementary talent pool, and the city's rapidly growing tech startup ecosystem which makes it an excellent environment for innovation and recruitment.
Ho Chi Minh City is home to Vietnam's largest concentration of fintech, e-commerce, and logistics tech talent. The city's proximity to Singapore — just a 2-hour flight — makes in-person client visits practical in a way that Hanoi-to-Singapore trips are not. And the time zone overlap with our Singapore clients is excellent: three hours of full overlap during standard business hours.
For Our Clients
If you are an existing ICTI client based in Singapore or Southeast Asia, you will soon be contacted by your account manager with information about how this expansion affects your engagement — in most cases, you will gain access to a larger talent pool and faster response times while your existing team and point of contact remain unchanged.
