AI Comes to Vietnamese Retail Operations
Today, ICTI is announcing the launch of Demand AI — an artificial intelligence module integrated into ICTI POS that predicts inventory demand up to 14 days in advance. After six months of piloting with selected clients, we are making Demand AI available to all ICTI POS subscribers.
The module uses a combination of historical sales data, day-of-week patterns, seasonal trends, local event calendars, and weather correlation to generate SKU-level forecasts for each business. The forecasts are automatically surfaced in the POS dashboard as purchase recommendations, making the AI output actionable without requiring any data science expertise from the business owner.
