Own the product roadmap and drive customer-centric feature development for our core SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company OKRs and customer research.
- Work with engineering, design, and sales to discover, scope, and deliver features.
- Synthesise customer feedback, usage analytics, and market trends into prioritised backlogs.
- Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria; host sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Track key product metrics (activation, retention, NPS) and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful product features end-to-end.
- Strong data literacy — comfortable with SQL queries and product analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in retail tech, ERP, or POS systems.
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
