Ensure the quality of our SaaS products through systematic testing strategies and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers (Playwright, Cypress, Postman/Newman).
- Lead test planning for sprints and major releases; own the test coverage matrix.
- Perform exploratory, regression, performance, and security-smoke testing.
- Define and enforce QA processes and defect management practices across squads.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and introduce a shift-left testing culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong automation skills (Playwright or Cypress preferred).
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or k6).
- Solid knowledge of test methodologies, risk-based testing, and ISTQB principles.
- Ability to read and debug code in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Nice to have
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
- Experience with performance/load testing using k6 or Locust.
