Bridge business needs and technical teams; gather requirements and shape solutions for retail and F&B clients.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and prototypes.
- Produce user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and engineering during the project lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis, business-case modelling, and feasibility assessments.
- Support UAT and change management activities at client sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BA experience in IT service or software product companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with process-modelling tools (Lucidchart, draw.io, BPMN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Domain knowledge in retail ERP, POS, or loyalty systems.
