Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Build cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter that serve millions of end-users in retail and F&B.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain production Flutter apps (iOS + Android) with a strong UX focus.
2. Integrate native device features (camera, BLE, NFC, biometrics) via Flutter plugins.
3. Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and offline-first sync strategies.
4. Write widget and integration tests; participate in TestFlight / Play Store beta cycles.
5. Monitor crash rates, ANRs, and performance metrics via Firebase and Sentry.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of Flutter / Dart development with apps published on both stores.
2. Proficiency in state management (Bloc/Cubit or Riverpod).
3. Understanding of platform channels and native Swift/Kotlin code.
4. Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Codemagic).
5. Good knowledge of REST API integration and local data persistence (Hive, Isar).

Nice to have

1. Experience with Flutter for web or desktop targets.
2. Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals or POS hardware integration.
