Design and build scalable web and mobile applications; mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-traffic backend services using Node.js / Go / Java.
- Lead code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor junior/mid engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical specs.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle — from estimation to production monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong command of at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, Java, or Python).
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS or product-led company.
- Open-source contributions or technical blog.
